Healthy living tips

healthy living was so desires all people. therefore we must be consistent in maintaining fitness and attention to our body condition.
like where do we sound ...?
there are a few tips that we should always be healthy and sound.

1. lots of nutritious foods
2. do not like fatty food
3. get used to breakfast in the morning
4. Do not forget to eat vegetables and fruits
5. multiply drinking water
6. Control up to weight loss
7. exercise
8. if you can avoid cigarettes (even though I am a smoker)
9. away from drinking alcoholic beverages
10. Do not think too hard
11. consider environmental cleanliness
12. also note the cleanliness in us
13. take a moment to myself
14. Supplements medicine
15. Do not forget to check your health regularly
16. and the last prayer is to God
